Don't chase clout, don't chase vanity metrics, make the work make sense. It may not always be the best, but put your best foot forward and do better than last time.
Be a great host
Hosting is all about holistic altruistic care. It's generative. It's the fertilizer for lasting relationships. Tend to the world around you and the rest will fall into place.
